That's why I remove the dustcaps when storing my gear.

Yeah that is it, my stuff is pretty much always on a tank, for washing too so I just don't use them

And the stuff not on a tank too, I just don't use them

Except if I'm carrying and assembling on dark boats I'll use a din cap in case the oring rolls away

Is 110mm close enough or would you prefer 112.5mm

A little tighter is probably best. I have not measured my actual pony yet. Just pulled the online specs. What's that from?

Unfortunately I misunderstood. I did not recall seeing a link. I originally thought there was some suggestions on how to make a boot from hardware store parts.
