'Bogota' time GMT -5. Not much change for Quintana Roo but the scheduled airline flight times usually shift due to the time change at the originating hub.

I hate DST, too. Thank you Christi for reminding me Coz is now effectively Central time.
Actually not, Cozumel is now effectively Central Daylight Time. It's not, but it matches.Thank you Christi for reminding me Coz is now effectively Central time.
The only way to avoid confusion is be precise. Roatan is on Central Standard Time, non-changing.Except for those places in Central Time that also do not advance their clocks for DST such as Roatan. They are still an hour earlier than Cozumel
