I wound up with a Scubapro 600 titumin regulator. Awesome I dove it already. The problem is I know there are some limitation to Ti and gas mixes what are they?

Depending on who you talk to Scubapro's Mk 25T is either ok for use with Nitrox up to 40% or it isn't.

The most recent tech bulletin dealing with nitrox in SP regs (SB 271) is pretty dated and predated the Mk 25T so it does not really address the issue directly.

SB 271 essentially says everything sold since October 2000 is approved for use with nitrox up to 40% and goes on to say that only the all brass Mk 20 (and one can safely assume the later all brass Mk 25) can be used with mixes up to 100% at 3500 psi with proper cleaning and use of the nitrox kit.

Since there have not been any bulletins saying it is not ok to use nitrox in a Mk 25T, it is probably reasonable to assume the Mk 25T is also ok for use with mixes up to 40% assuming proper O2 cleaning. If SP had lots of problems with Nitrox related fires in the Mk 25T, they would probably have issued a service bulletin on it.

But then again there have been problems with other Ti regs made by other companies when used with nitrox at or below 40%. So if it were me, I would pass on using nitrox with any Ti reg.
