I have heard that Thistlegorm wreck is closed for divers due to risks of collapsing of the wreck.
Does anyone have recent information?

SubMariner:I dove the wreck 2 years ago, and there was no talk of this at all.
BTW, you may want to post your inquiry on one of the British diver websites as they tend to dive the Red Sea a little more often than us North Americans. (It's so close & cheap for them it's disgusting!!! )
Please post any reliable info here when you find out. That's one of my fav dive sites.
clive francis:2 years ago?
so you don't reckon much could have changed in that time?
if it has been closed it is more than likely due to being torn apart by the hundreds of dive boats that tie on to it and then sit back in the strong currents you get there.
mania:So Chippy it is not true that the wreck is closed.
