Sorry LIS, just saw this. Binangonan Port is along Laguna De Bay, Antipolo area (East of Manila). It's a major economic port for all the small islands in the bay - the fisherman drop off their fish catch here, same as the farmers, and you can catch commuter boats to the islands. It was a great experience spending time around the area, though I wouldn't consider it a place where tourists would go.
