I contacted SB and they are sending me a replacement set of hardware

I just did my first dive with new spring straps on my Jets. I have to say, I think the broken buckles were a sign from God...go buy spring straps! MUCH easier to get on and off, and no adjustments necessary. You can keep the replacements they're sending as a backup, but I doubt you will ever need them.

Those jet fins are toast, send them to me for proper disposal.
I'll even pick-up the shipping. PM me and provide an address and I'll send you an airbill. All you gotta do is box them and drop them off at a FedEx office or Kinkos.

It's the least I can do for you.
