Well, we've decided not to do it, primarily due to other logistical reasons, but it still is a very interesting question, how exactly does a long but VERY shallow dive (<20', or even <15') affect you, compared to a more "normal" dive?

No real studies have been done, to my knowledge.

I had that same question when they opened the underwater resort in the Keys... I never found an answer then either

Had a nice dive at the bridge last night. High tide was at 7:52. We got in at 7:00, and I did just under 2 hours. The current got really strong once it starte heading out.

Vis was pretty good. Didn't find a lot of stuff, but what I did find made the dive worth it. Here are some shots.

Absolutely breathtaking. Thanks for sharing. :D

What size is that spotted tonguefish? Size of a nudi? 2 inches? 8? Looks kinda like a missing link between a bristleworm and a flounder. :)

LOL, I said it looked like a cross between a flounder and a flat worm when I was describing it last night. It was 4" - 5" long.

We are diving with American Dream Saturday afternoon. Don't think I can do the bridge in the morning too. Was thinking about LBTS, but it looks like everyone decided on the bridge instead.
