How is the Jupiter Inlet Dive?
Dive there more than an average of once every four months?Grrr! How does everyone but me always see the spotted eagle rays and stargazers!!!! Sigh.
I don't think anyone will give you a response to this question (perhaps an instructor, dive shop or major certification organization will). If someone does give you a response, I would expect it to be the accepted line... "It is recommended that divers wait 24 hours before...." No one in there right mind should take responsibility for your decision to fly 8 hours after diving... :cool2:What would be everyone's opinion on doing a 100-120 minute dive at the BHB on 36% (since that is what is in our tanks) exiting the water 8 hours before taking a flight? Does the shallow nature of the dive make this a possibility?
There is a possible issue with a number of different scenarios when introducing gas at volume into the blood stream and then reducing external pressure... Only one of those issues is DCSHow about a response such as "I wouldn't do it"??
I guess I am wondering if it is possible to get DCS when diving so shallow. If there is any possibility we'll simply do the bridge another day.
Dive there more than an average of once every four months?
Great Sig Line, btw!
