I use an atx200 with an atx50 octopus and tx100 first stage. Thus far have only been to 178' but have found it extremely reliable and both the venturi and cracking resistance controls useful features to enjoy at depth.

I'm using Dive Rite regs as are most of my buddies. They are relatively inexpensive, have been extremely reliable, they breathe great and they are easy to work on.

I don't forsee switching anytime soon.
 
Scuba Pro regs are one of the cheapest regs in Italy. I got mine MK25 last year for 135 EUR.
