The Air Force Rec Center at Huma Rock

Does anyone out htere know if the Air Force rec. Center at Huma Rock in Marshfeild allows Shore Diving? I want to try there this weekend 8/16

I don't know if you'd be able to park near enough to the ocean side. It's technically a base, so you aren't allowed on.

I am Active Duty so I can get on there I know it is a heck of a walk to the beach Lots of stairs, I have been there before for cook outs and stuff but never dove tere
