Huge air consumption even after +200 dives

It affects everything in your life.

I didn't trust my divemaster, because I know that he wasn't as experienced than me. But I still know that he knows what to do and even when he didn't know, I know where we are located and how to come safe to the surface and back to the boat.

Why dive with someone if you do not trust them? As a DM you might get people saying the same thing about you if they see you are uncomfortable on a dive. For me every dive I assume that I am in affect diving alone. A guide or dive buddy are just there as other divers for me. I do not expect them to be super close to me. Some separation I like to have.

It's not problem anymore, when my SAC is usually always under 17l/min.

In briefings we tell the customers that divetime is 40-45min (or 50bar)

40 - 45 mins? Sorry thats not for me in SEA. There are many places in SEA that do not have dive time limits so divers like myself who are good on air will be assigned a guide who is good on air.

I'm fine that dive ops have a 60 min limit but 40 mins? No chance of getting me as a paying customer.
A guide with a sac rate at 17/min in perfect conditions is already a problem. That's your non emergency sac rate which would double in a time of need. What happens when you need to assist a diver and have to swim into a strong current?

...Can't remember when was the last time that we had to cut dive shorter than I promised on briefing. Like last dive I was working, we had 51minutes dive, average depth 15,9m and I used air from 205bar to 45bar. In briefings we tell the customers that divetime is 40-45min (or 50bar)...

I would feel shortchanged with a dive less than an hour at that relatively shallow depth.

There was actually couple things that might affected to almost panicking:
- I had huge heartburn and I had to vomit after dive. I have reflux but forgot to take medicine before dive

Do you not tbink it might have been pertinent to mention your medical issues in your first post?

If you had huge heartburn why didnt you just end the dive immediatley?
Vomiting after the dive could have been due to stress, or bad food.
Either way seems you push on when you should be calling an end to the dive.

So you have a known medical condition and still want to be a divemaster?

If you have reflux and forgot your medication before a dive, consider postponing the dive or seeking advice from a medical professional as certain diving positions might trigger reflux and potentially cause aspiration, a life-threatening situation

You need to rethink whether you can perform the job, in my opinion no and if you disclosed any of this to me as a client I would ask for another DM.

Many times customers just get bored if we circle around same divesite over 40min when there isn't much to see

30 - 40m depth. I can understand that with your sac rate you simply consume a lot of gas at 30m or more. When someone says not much to see does not mean I do not want to finish a dive.

Well that might be as divers are not capable of going deep and having enough gas to do longer times.

The issue is not your dive times or sac rate.
It's your professional ability to be a safe DM taking clients on dives.
I would question if you are a safe DM diving with known anxiety and other medical issues and the fact you nearly panic in perfect dive conditions. You said that you did not trust another DM claiming you have more experience. Then you forget to take medications you need before a dive and then have a medical Issue during the dive instead of not doing the dive.

This is where you show you put yourself and others at risk. You seem not to be aware of this or just ignore these things.
