I bought a new BC a few months back (will not list brand name) that I had several problems with. The store gave me a total refund even with six saltwater dives on the BC. No questions asked, total customer satisfaction.
I just wanted to thank ADI and the owner DJ for taking back the BC without a problem. These a tough time on the LDS and the store will probably have to eat the cost of the BC or try it in the rental line. Not to add, this was a special order BC that he had recommended against but I fell for the "Eye Candy" on buoyancy control.
