It's a slick mod, but if I were you I'd Dremel out the original exhaust hole to match the KM exhaust outer diameter. As it is the is some flow restriction (though probably not too much).You are correct, original exhaust spider is cut out very nicely.
You have an early conshelf with the screw on exhaust tee and the the small exhaust port that has been modified to use the large exhaust valve and slip on tee. Those screw retainers are original to that reg, from the factory.Would you say this is US Diver mod because of the screw retainers really look professionally done
I like your thinking!I'm familiar with Connie's of all variety, but never had my hands on a KM super flow. I do know that Aqualung originally made the super flow for KM, and I thought I heard that the vast majority of parts are interchangeable. Of course, now I'm looking at a DIY mod for side port Connie's to do a super flow style adjuster knob.....
