No Pre install photos.

The holes in the case are existing from the screws that hold the band in place. They have a small diameter so you need very small Ty-wraps.
 
So, I take it then that nobody makes velcro straps or pre-made bungee straps for the D9? All the better, love to work on little projects like this!
