One of my regular boatmen was "Bang-Luang". He was a nearly deaf guy (used to dive for tin-ore and burst his ear drums), a great fisherman and excellent longtail boat driver. He died unfortunately quite a few years ago.
The other boatman I dived a lot with was "Bang-Sa" (aka "Soo-Sa"). I'm pretty sure he's still around (he lives up the road in the village) but he must be in his sixties now. He is a very cool and friendly guy, great fisherman and knows all dive sites and wreck sites.
