How about changing it to "Looking for a Buddy"

A place for someone to spcifically post that they are going to be at ------ and need a bud.........

The instructor2instuctor forum appears empty for users who do not have access to the area (only certified instructors are allowed in). As for finding a buddy, that is what the regional travel & clubs are for... we have a forum covering pretty much every area of the world for you to find a dive buddy in.
