Stopping Thread Subscription Emails

I went under the user CP to turn off automatic emails for thread updates, pm's, etc., however I'm still getting these emails whenever a thread that I may be subscribed to updates.

I thought that I had turned off all of the options to send emails, but I'm still getting them on a random occurance. Is there anything else that I'm supposed to be doing, but neglecting?

You need to check ALL of your subscribed threads to see if any have updates selected. Selecting "turn off automatic emails" in the user CP will apply to new subscriptions, but does not retroactively change old subscriptions which may have the e-mail function turned on.
