Don Janni:
So if your true to your logic you drive a "FORD."
No, I'd drive a Mercedes Benz.
Mercedes Benz=First to drive
(had one, caused too much envy/friends got cold/nasty)
("what are you doing, dealing dope now?")
(Volvo almost identical but slower and safer/less "flash")
(older used ones better value than Toyota Corolla)
Aqua-lung=First to dive.
My logic is fine.
Aqua Lung Legend/Scubapro MK25 all rate as
"no weaknesses" "excellent breathers"
and cost no more than top line
new regs, and the've been there for us for
forty-fifty years. Aqua Lung will always be around.
Even if they went bust, someone would buy them
and "bail them out" just for the name.
(Just as Johnson Outdoors bailed Scubapro out!)
Twenty years ago, everyone was complaining that
even top line regs breathed "too dry". So Sherwood
came up with the Oasis and everyone copied them
to "get a little moisture in the mouthpiece".
Now "scubalab" says they breathe "wet".
Stick around the sport and watch.
Watch the LDS come and go.
This argument has been going on for over
forty years. It was going on when I started
in 1965. It never ends. It's kinda fun in
a weird way.(once in a while)
