Its true!!! we don't get them here and have never seen one in PI either!!!

I have been trying to answer this for 10 mins...all the photos keep locking up my connection...

I thought you were putting me on, my bad. Actually saw three (3) in that dive (Dead Palm dive site or Patay na Buli in tagalog) but I didn't chance a pic on the other two. Sea urchins, a Lion fish and a stonefish were all around them. Scary...
