The thread can not be closed. It hasn't, thankfully in one way, met the crieterion for it to be closed.

Hopefully all can let it go. I think everyone has had a chance to speak their peace that chose to. Personally, I think it speaks volumes that Captain Mike has been on, seen the thread, and chosen not to reply (and yes I do know this for fact). Shows a lot of restraint IMO - and mind you that is my personal opinion. We've had people here before that came off abrupt then got to know this group doesn't really work like that - typically all turns out rather well in the end for all involved/interested/concerned. I say we go that route now as DiveBandit initially suggested.

So moving on.... :)
