BSAC and CMAS in Europe, also non-profit organizations, are seemingly very good groups and schools to learn from. I am PADI, SSI and now diving with British guys with BSAC certification (a group on a liveaboard followed the buddy check discipline on the 24 dives we made!) and now with CMAS where the interest on learning and teaching is based on increasing a club and passing knowledge and experience!.
