I was gonna ask about Troy next...
but I found this on their website:

Troy Springs has closed its gates following heavy rains which have flooded the park drive.
The Park shall reopen, only for picnicking and nature viewing, when the road is deemed safe for visitor traffic.
The rising Suwannee River has backed up into the spring. The spring platform is completely under water and the spring is browned out. Until further notice, all access to the spring has been closed until river waters recede.
So I guess we better cancel-Mike
