Sounds like either Sotis needs the money to pay his bills, or he's trying to hide his assets. I would hope the courts would be aware of Nexus and the terms of the sale, transfer of ownership, etc.

From a legal standpoint, doesn't this leave Nexus open to the same litigation as AH? I mean, it's like they're not even trying to hide the fact that it's not the same thing.

I'm not a lawyer and I didn't stay in a holiday inn express last night, but I don't think so because we're talking about a completely different corporation.

FWIW -- I've been told that the Nexus management/ownership are former employees and not former owners anyway.
