Anyone been out the past few days and have any vis reports? We got out for a dive on Tuesday at White Point and had pretty poor conditions (3' vis). Just trying to get a sense what to expect this weekend (Laguna and maybe Vets).

Thanks.

I've had dives at White Point where the vis was less than 3 feet, but elsewhere was pretty good. Let's hope it's like that this weekend.

But I'm curious, also, if anyone's been out recently. I keep hoping this will clear up and we will be able to get some good shore diving in.

I tried to go out on Tuesday and unfortunately stayed dry. Every local spot was swelled out besides Christmas Tree Cove and Malaga. CTC was very green and covered with foam, but was flat. Malaga had ankle to knee high pumpers coming onshore but was very very brown.

A couple of my dive buddies are trying to go out today at Neptunes and Honeymoon. I'll let ya'll know how it was if they got out.

Ken, how bad? How deep into the canyon? Thanks!

6-10ft viz down to 90 ft. depth both days. It's been pretty crummy.

I'm not too optimistic about shooting video while scootering this Sunday...

Hopefully a few more days of calm weather will see things clear up soon.

Thanks for the report.
