I am very confused by the Dive Rite Jetstream. Apparently it has an Xstream 1st stage, but when I compare the DR Xstream 1st with Poseidon's Xstream 1st I notice a difference. The Poseidon has 5 LP ports, while the DR has 4. Maybe Poseidon did this just to protect their product and for marketing it as the better regulator? Unknown, I should probably ask.
As for the Hurricane, I see no advantage over the RG3000 w/ Ice Kit. Actually with the ice kit the RG3000 is rated for colder temps than the hurricane. I could be missing something, but I can get the RG3000 w/ Ice for $399 from scubatoys.
But then there is the Jetstream.... something about it screams "buy me and take a breath!"
I don't know much about Beuchat, are they a good company?
