This is getting off topic. Smart boats put out a granny line to the anchor line 10-15 ft below the surface. In current and high seas just swim streight down. Swimming on the surface against current and waves, makes one wonder why divers can't descent when reaching the line and keep adding lead because breathing is out of whack. Not to speak of getting sea sick.
