Smoking on a dive boat

Just returned home from diving. Boat tour leader said all smokers must smoke at the stern.

But not all smokers did that: rather, they smoked toward the bow on the passenger deck so that not only the smoke but also the ash was blown down into my face and eyes. Even when my instructor asked the person to move to the stern the person just sat there with a dumb look on her face. This is the sort of idiot that should be keel hauled.

On the bus down the pier to the boat there was a French guy with a pipe. Came up from the first dive and there was the French guy sucking on the boat's O2 and hurling his guts out the port hole. Came back from the third dive, puking man is again smoking his pipe.

At least puking man had the sense to smoke and puke downwind.

Sure, keel haul the idiot. But I think before that, the Captain, crew, Instructor, Owner, etc. who set the stern smoking rule without enforcing it should be keel hauled. There's the real problem.

OkByMe, You had a conservative guy for 8 years that almost everyone up here hated. Then in 2009 came a pres. that everyone up here thought was the greatest. You don't hear anything much about Obama up here these days.

Very good list however the speedo guy thinks that #10 is taking it a bit far. And the coffee drinker with the big mac insists tht #6 and #5 are not list worthy. I would suspect that as long as the captain drinks coffee that #5 will be removed from the list. I womnder what the flag shirt wearing fat slob in the speedo with the 1/2 lb of peircings washing down a 1/4 pounder with a cup of jo is going to think. Well who really cares so long as he smoikes and farts where he doesnt bother anyone. Sorry i just couldnt work #12 in. And #7 really should go. Dairy is a constitutional right.

I think this lest should be expanded with everyones inputs and then used as a screening device for who can or can not go on a boat.
THAT WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF INCONSIDERATES ON BOATS Once that happens then every one will be both hapy and mad but the boats will remain docked. Think of the ozone saved. I think ii will go outside and pick out a good looking oak tree to bond with.

5) Coffee and caffinated beverages
6) Meat products
7) Diary products
8) Flatulence
9) Garish fashions
10) Speedo-type swimwear
