I wear a regular 2 piece 7mm farmer john style wetsuit for my dives and it has the annoying tendency to unzip at the chest. It doesn't unzip all the way, maybe half way or a little more if I leave it unchecked. Fortunately I have yet to be cold on a dive which is saying something for Monterey, granted I don't go much deeper than 60 ft ever. Anyway, does anyone have a suggestion for how to keep the zipper from undoing itself other than buying a new jacket please? I was thinking a safety pin through the neoprene near the neck of the suit but that doesn't seem like it would survive for long? Any thoughts? Thanks!

Just go to a fabric store and get some black hook and loop (Velcro), black nylon upolstry thread and a fair sized needle. Sew a patch of hook on one side and a generous enough strip of loop, on the other. Many suits include this as a feature.
