skull cap???

I need somthing to cover my free flowing hair when diving. I dont want a "hood" I would like something like a skull cap. is there anything special? or just a normal one fine.

I use a beanie, protects my ears from unexpected fish attack which is
common in Mid-west quarry diving. I guess you could call it a skull cap.

It'll cover your head and keep it warm but will not have as much restriction around your neck.

One of the Mods has a website where she sells "Dew Rags". I know nothing of the product as I have not ordered from her but, in my time here on the board I have enjoyed her unbiased views and comments. In addition to this, I have not witnessed any attacks on her for her comments.

I second the recommendation for Dee Rags. I also wear a beanie in local quarries for fish protection, but if the water's warm without vicious fish, I love my Dee Rag. My wife also wears one and loves it.

Get a beanie that's appropriate for the conditions. They can be had in varying thicknesses depending how much heat loss you may also want to stave off. Coverage and fit also vary so i suggest trying one on in a shop as opposed to ordering onlione.
