But on a more serious note, I do believe from what I have read there are Shark around your area. You just have to be lucky enough to find them.

Some folks from my dive club went out with Snappa today. If I wasn't already booked, I would have gone [I was diving off Long Island!]. I'll have to report back how it went...

I did a shark dive charter with Snappa last fall (October). Here is a write-up I did of my trip. We almost got skunked....

I've talked to other folks who have taken this charter -- they've seen 25-30 sharks, dolphins, 20 foot basking sharks -- all kinds of stuff. I think I just picked a bad day to go out.....
