I disagree. They're far worse than that. I'm sure most of us (myself included) pulled our share of idiot stunts when we were kids, but this goes far beyond mere childish stupidity. Breaking and entering the aquarium to do nothing more than goof around after hours would be the act of an idiot kid. But when it's done with the specific intent to torture, mutilate, and kill animals in a way designed to prolong their agony as much as possible, it shows they have a disturbing lack of the basic morals, scruples, and sense of right and wrong most of us learn in early childhood. Wanton torture of and cruelty to animals during childhood is a common factor among serial killers. If these kids were willing to go to this much effort for a "thrill kill", it would only be a matter of time before they moved on to larger, more interesting prey.Al Mialkovsky:These are idiot kids.
Al Mialkovsky:OK first of all I think some of us to take a deep breath. These are idiot kids. They killed sea life for no good reason but they aren't child molestors. There is hope for them.
Parents need to be held very responsible that's for certain. They need to face some serious repercusions. But let's remember not to hold our breath kids, breathe now
