should NOT be placed in the correctional system morass.

Instead, these misguided youth should be given scuba lessons and taken into the sea to witness the grace and beauty of the creatures they senselessly tortured and mutilated.

When they are shown first-hand the wonders of the underwater world, a new appreciation for living things will come upon them and they will then learn to enjoy the diversity of biota that dwells there.

At the moment that this sense of oneness with the environment forms within their previously calloused and uncaring little hearts, we can then shut their air supply off...

...at the Farallon Islands off the coast of San Fran.

I have emailed as well

Very sad.

Considering what is done to chickens and cattle during processing...

I think aquariums belong in the past. Sharks are wild animals, and not meant to be "petted". I'm sure they led a terrifying existance.

Humans stink.

OH BROTHER please go away-

I just emailed copies and links of the articles to the Director of the Shark Research Institute... hopefully he will also contact the prosecutor under the umbrella of the institute and put some more weight to the requests.

I e-mailed the prosecutor as well. Is there a way to attract a little more attention on this board and otherwise to really innundate the prosecutor with e-mails? Circulate the story and e-mail address through local dive clubs, shops, etc.?

OK first of all I think some of us to take a deep breath. These are idiot kids. They killed sea life for no good reason but they aren't child molestors. There is hope for them.

Parents need to be held very responsible that's for certain. They need to face some serious repercusions. But let's remember not to hold our breath kids, breathe now :)

This is what happens when you consume too much lettuce.

I can see you never been to Morton steak house.

BTW: Can I have an additional side order of that delicious porterhouse steak.

You too, glad to meet another member. Just call me "Ribeye".

Back to the serious part of the post:

I just wonder what type of "family life" these "children" came from??
California's liberal views will prevent the kids from being used as shark bait, but maybe scaring the poop out of them might help adjust their views.
