I learned in Rockport, Ma. The vis was rarely over 10ft. And I have taken some winter students out in vis that was "hand in front of face."
Had my students been in a big rush we would have gone regardless but since they are not I would prefer to give them the option to wait for even slightly better conditions.
But all is moot until this ear clears up anyway. Hopefully by mid - late week I will be back out. You all go have some great dives for me!!
