Welp... I watched Mythbusters and they disproved the whole yellow for sharks theory - and ditto for all other colours.

...and did they test all species of potentially dangerous sharks?

(man needs myths)

http://www.liquidfit.com/ will make whatever you want. Someone from SB gave me their address a while back. Cost is actually less than what I can get a Henderson for off the rack. They will make whatever you want in whatever color. Some of my dives buddies and I have been joking that we are going to have suits made to look like super heros. We offered to let one of the guys be Robin of Batman and Robin, but he declined! I am thinking maybe I will go for the Captain Janeway from Star Trek look. I don't have the tan to pull off the Wonder Woman suit!

Pee stains don't show up in yellow or black wetsuits.

Next question

Why not get the Incredibles wetsuit, that is my next one.:crafty:

Lol - your signature really got me! (don't change it to something else and make me look like a dork huh)

Anyway: The LDS I work for recently had a 5 mm Spiderman drysuit made for promotion purposes. I cannot tell you how ridiculous it looks.

Being a drysuit of course it's not likely to get peed in anytime soon unless it's not only spidermans hands that has unique properties (I'm thinking quick repairs here).

I question the wisdom of buying wetsuits with blue cloth. On the last two I've purchased, the blue cloth has fallen apart way before the rest of the suit. My next one will be all black... black is beautiful!

Yes, black is beautiful. And easy to accessorize.

Remember, you're wearing a BCD filled with accoutrements. You can go for any color scheme by matching your clips, belts and other accessories. Color coordinating your lights and lift bags may be a bit excessive...but...

That said, I would love a wetsuit made out of pink with hibiscus flowers on it! Just need to make sure all of my pink coordinates, or there could be some horrid clashing going on. Ticketed by the Dive Fashion Police for sure!

I always thought all black was "cooool"! Until I actually dove on my first checkout dive, in Puget Sound, and visibility was about 5-6'. I couldn't fricken see anybody and when I did, I didn't know who they were. I started memorizing everybody's snorkle colors (yay for snorkles ;))
