Sebastian Area

We are doing a cruise that has Port Caneveral as a stop. My parents live in Sebastian, so I was thinking of doing a dive or two in the area near Sebastian, which would give us a place for future visits, also. Can anyone recommend any good dive operators in the Sebastian area, or maybe a little North of there?

Hey Walt,

I live in Sebastian and am not aware of any dive boats here. I think the furthest north is Stuart which is about an hour drive south. There may be something in Ft Pierce that is closer. And going north, I'm not familiar with anything with the Cape area.

I usually go to West Palm or make a dive trip to the Keys. I could be wrong and if so, would love to know if someone does trips closer to home.

Hey Walt

There are no charter dive boats running out of Port Canaveral, Sebastian or Ft Pierce...however there is decent beach diving from Sebastian to Ft Pierce weath permitting...I often take out-of-towners on these "mini expedtions".

Only problem is that the beaches are very weather dependent and more often than not too dirty to dive.
