Hi. I have just received my replacement neoprene next sale for my sitech quick neck, I’m finding it very very difficult to fit it. The yellow ring just doesn’t go in as far as it looks like it should any tips? Thanks.I have the "simple warm neck" on my Nova. It may be warmer than no "warm neck" option at all, but it is still nothing compared to having a neoprene neck seal.
The Waterproof replaceable neoprene neck seal that fits the Si Tech Quick Neck is The Bomb. Not cheap, but totally worth it (to me, anyway). Which reminds me. I need to pull out my Nova today and change it back to the neo neck seal from the silicone one before my dive tomorrow....
Which next sale (gotta love spell check, or neck seal did you get?Hi. I have just received my replacement neoprene next sale for my sitech quick neck, I’m finding it very very difficult to fit it. The yellow ring just doesn’t go in as far as it looks like it should any tips? Thanks.
Do you have the Sitech tool with the little wheel?Hi. I have just received my replacement neoprene next sale for my sitech quick neck, I’m finding it very very difficult to fit it. The yellow ring just doesn’t go in as far as it looks like it should any tips? Thanks.

There's loose jeans and then there's JNCOs. Just use good judgement. You don't want your drysuit skin-tight anyway, so an extra centimeter or two won't matter in the slightest.Thanks. I saw the guy wearing jeans in the video and thought it was kind of odd but I guess that is the way to go. I wear loose jeans so it is going to add some room to the suit and was worried.
I don't think I've seen anyone complain their suit was too baggy.. right? If anything, most people wish it was a hair bigger. There's loose jeans and then there's JNCOs. Just use good judgement. I use Trigon, some people swear by LM. Some people think unbalanced is the way to go. Only you can decide.Hello! I am looking to purchase my first custom drysuit, I plan to use Seaskin after reading through many pages on this thread. I am posting my thoughts below and some questions I hoping you all can help answer, please comment on anything that would be changed and reason why thank you! Diving will be occurring in Wisconsin lakes/great lakes during 50-60F water at the coldest.
Fully telescopic torso
YKK Plastic zipper
Main zip cover
Trigon or unbalanced light monkey. Is the trigon unbalanced? Which is preferred ?
Quick Neck System
Warm neck standard. Standard or simple?
Sitech QCS Oval Cuff
Move Dump (DIR)
SiTech Valve System. Seatech or CENJ? Comfort Patch?
Compressed Neoprene socks. What do people wear over the top of these? Rock Boots?
Protection. Are any of the PU options necessary?
Going to get matching pockets on each side, which is the best to get?
Thank you!
Worst option is trigon, LM tinkel is better as can be modified into unbalanced. Standard LM unbalanced is best as it has no failure points, maintenance free and works just as well.Is the trigon unbalanced? Which is preferred ?
