leesa, Can you figure out those settings? We can play with it tomorrow.

Jimbo, I think Dennis and herbman might be here then, so we could easily arrange to dive with you. Even if they aren't contact me...I will always go. (unless it rains)eyebrow

Jimbo....I just realized you are HERE! oh, well anytime, I can dive that buoy for you. Also call me if you want to dive Sea caves!! Three monk seals right now...

There's a photo in the link. It covers the nuts and bolts of snaps in about 3 paragraphs.

Opps. No they don't. But a very good article on snaps.

yes, I only have the two way stainless clamps purchased from Halcyon, with a capitol H.

So, what is suggested for the reel, a pocket in your pants?

Catherine: Great pics. That's just a touch more viz than we had on Thursdays night dive ( which was < 3 feet above 25' :D )

I'm hoping to get to do some warm water diving later this year sometime. I can't wait for that huge viz ... I won't know what to do with it ;)

Where do you keep your reel now? I think DIR says to keep it on your butt d-ring, but I don't fasten mine there. I keep my SMB in a pouch bolted to my BP. TDI is silent on where to keep your reel. Just don't have an entanglement hazard.

well, I don't think it is on my shoulder D-ring. and if it did get caught, that is a very easy place to see and reach. It feels very protected there. I don't like stowing my SMB because I use it so much. Ideas?

Just reach behind and whip out the SMB. You can only use it once per dive. (shrug)
