If I write that here, people will stop doing it ;)..I'll tell you when you get here :D

Heh -- alrighty -- someday!

Do you collect finders fees for taking people to this special spot?

How the heck did I miss this post. Beautiful pics. I would have enjoyed that dive.

Gotcha -- I don't know who is who -- I just believe that to be the clip she was refering to.

Yep. I thought it was Catherine and I sincerely don't want to read about her having an accident. I wasn't being snotty or anything.

it's okay, RH. I like any advice you give...really. I want to hear all about your classes now. And any comments are welcome. I know you are sincere. So, back to my inflator hose, do you really think it needs to be routed underneath?

One point you all, I am not being critical of the guy squeezing under the grate (I think it is his own perogative).... but that is probably a "DIR" shop, so it just points to the importance of not giving up on thinking for yourself no matter who your "proper training" is. I hear the "proper training" thrown around a lot...many proper instructors will do all kinds of things, which we certainly all know, but maybe need to remember. It just isn't kosher to speak about..so not as many people hear about it. I do not like all the "do as I say and not as I do...because the assumption is that they have better judgement and many of them don't if you just size them up for a few minutes. if it looks like a duck...walks like a duck...that's how simple it is sometimes. Directed at no one, but in general: Do they have a maintained auto? Do they support their children? Do they have twenty outstanding tickets? If I know the answers are yes to one or more, I don't follow them into dark holes, even if they are "properly trained".

Listen to everyone, decide for yourself. Always the best policy.

That's ok, Catherine. This is not the post to talk about it. I got the impression from Kevrumbo's post the pic was your pic and made a mistake. I'm sure you know all about suicide clips and don't use them. I've made plenty of deep dives on a single tank and don't consider it particularly dangerous and long as you and your buddy have a plan to deal with Mr. Murphy.

In regard to instructors, I will say that all the guys in my class yesterday - except my buddy - were recreational dive instructors and they learned a lot. And I was almost amused to see one standing on his head in his doubles. :)

You're right, Leesa, that's simply gorgeous!

Wow, that is a great shot!

I must apologize to Catherine, made a sarcastic comment about that clip .. and inserted foot deeply into my mouth .. I should know better ...actually, I do know better .. I'm Sorry Catherine

Well put Catherine, if ya dont have your boat by Aug, I have a buddy coming the 3-13 who would like to dive the tiger and the YO, my "trusty" deckhand just went off to the desert for 5 months, and not sure about the friends ability to "catch" the ball, my boat will hold 4 divers(besides me) but aint the pretty cat you're lookin at!
