Sea Air Regs by XS Scuba

Anyone out there have any information or experience with Sea Air Tri-Metal Regs by XS Scuba?
I heard they bought out/acquired IDI...are these exactly the same as the IDI Seaira Titaniums?
Any input on how do they perform would be great.
