An adjustable wrench will take care of the yoke nut. In a pinch a cut hose will work as a first stage holding tool.
While you're ordering from Herman, get one of his 1 inch sockets. An adjustable wrench may work, but you can also mangle the yoke retainer if someone else has over torqued it. Herman also make a regulator handle to thread into the regulator. Alternatively, remove a high pressure plug (or the hose) and a low pressure port plug (or hose) and carry your reg to the hardware store get one each bolt that will screw into the ports to use as handles.
