I am trying to update my Luna 2.0 AI formware from v1.2 to v1.4: I connect to LogTrack app, I choose to upgrade, upload progress reaches 100% on ohone but progress bar on conmputer is not at 100% then suddenly I get ERROR 4 on the computer.

Cannot find any reference to this error anywhere.

Anyone else?
