Ok just finished up trying out the rebuilt D400. I can honestly say it's amazing. I adjusted it to 1.1 and seems very lively. Found adjusting difficult but after adjusting from top to bottom it all worked out. Reusable O rings seemed in good working order. I will replace with new soon enough. For now I'm going to enjoy my new favorite reg.
