When he started the thread, he called it that in the first post of the thread.


Yes that was his name also, Warhammer. But he still called it that originally. The thread was named that, and then he named it that in the thread.

I think that if this book is written there should be a "best of" chapter (kind of like the Hitler Isn't AOW video) and include RJP's Shallow Divers Post and Cave Diver's What is DIR along with a chapter on Spare Airs. Better yet the chapter could be called "You're Gonna Die."

Maybe Pete could write the forward?

I must respectfully disagree - "You're Gonna Die" would have to be a set, published in several volumes.

Could we get a chapter called "Posts Removed by Moderators" or would the Library of Congress not be able to hold the complete works thereof?

Cute idea. Scubaboard is a living, changing and evolving E-being so it won't be a comprehensive tome but interesting nonetheless. We have seen similar efforts over the years that all failed, but go for it if you can. Just don't start any auctions until production is finished. The auctions are a neat, new movement that we don't want to undermine.

As far as your suggested material - wormil and warhammer are hardly worthy of much coverage. Trolls come and go continuously, altho some don't leave near soon enough, and elementary school potty humor is hardly worthy of additional discussion. So the guy took a dump in the water and published it; how lame. Many of us have done it but were kind enough to not brag about it.

Hey, I found that photo about 6 months ago. It took a bit of searching, but it is out there. Now, however, I sort of wish that I hadn't seen it as it is burned into my mind. The book might need an "R" rating.
