Yeah, if you stand in front of Chedraui and look for Scuba Repair, you won't see it.
This. Near is relative but if you start at one location and try to find the other location - which is the context in which we are discussing - is it likely you would find it by just driving around? Not likely. It might be "near" to someone who knows both locations and how to get from one to another, but it's not "near" enough for someone who doesn't know where it is.

I think a better landmark than Chedraui would be the Boxito store --- just head south for a long block.
