I'm not an expert on DSS wings but I seem to recall they have an internal bladder like most wings? If so - and you mean it's just the outer shell seam that's torn - I'd just sew it up with some nylon thread

yes, first time in life I wish I could sew :eek:

Anybody sell DSS or repo parts these days?
 
Check for a tailor, shoe repair, or saddle repair shop in your area....explain to them they need to move the internal bladder away from the repair area if your DSS wing does not have a zipper that would enable the bladder to be removed (some models did and some did not). They should be able sew your wing's shell no problem, for $20 or less, and it will probably take them less than 10 minutes from start to finish.
