The insurance I use personally is an IDEC card wich gives the usual 'top up' required to any travel/medical insurance policy you may have, providing you dive within your qualification limits. It is quite inexpensive for an annual policy.
I know it is a UK based company but they provide cover for me even now I live in Thailand.
