Scuba instruction in Mandarin in the Philippines

Hello!

Taiwanese friends are interested in coming to the Philippines to learn to dive. Anyone know an instructor who can teach in Mandarin? Preferably the variety spoken in Taiwan.

They'll likely do pool sessions in Manila and head to Anilao for checkout.
