GREAT movie!!! Very unknown, extremely high on the hokey factor. Groups of men with their arms around one another, skipping down a dirt road singing! Now we're off to the sea. Now we fight over The Girl, Now we sing again, oops - somebody got The Rapture!

What a classic. And yes, the bends on ice scene is a must use for any rescue class!

I'll add another unknown - The Incredbile Mr. Limpet. This cartoon features some early live action sequences where a myopic Don Knotts mysteriously undergoes reverse evolution and becomes a fish. The UW sequences are impressive considering this film was made more than 4 decades ago (before CGI). It features some cold war politics, patriotic propaganda and the DVD has some vintage Weeki-Wachee technicolor footage. While I'm at it I love the hokey Creature from the Black Lagoon series. I think I had a Pez dispensper modeled after the critter.

The Deep.
Jackie Bisset's t-shirt.
Sorry. You asked.:D

what about Men of Honor with Cuba Gooding Jr.? is that right, what an inspirational movie

Oh yeah.... While it isn't SCUBA, it is one hell of a diving movie. Deniro and Gooding Jr.? Of course it rocked.

Was not aware there are any other movies out there ~other than her's.

O.K. so i haven't taken the time to quit watching this fine documetary on the history of diving.....

Into the Blue
I've got to get the DVD, because apparently there were other people in it besides Jessica Alba and it was actually a movie. I have to watch it again to see for sure, I don't remember any of that... :D
