Do the LDS's in the Twin Cities have his picture and info? I know mine did not have any idea about this individual. I printed out his picture and gave it to the manager. He has to get his air fills somewhere.

and if he is a wreck diver why is he wearing that %^&$ poddle jacket? Maybe he stole it becasue he lost his BP/W and now can't buy one because all the dive shops have his picture.

If i see him in florida, KNowing he is violent i will shoot him with my speargun (we have castle doctrine), then i can also tie him up and if he gets eaten as shark food it will be better too

Ahhhhh. Even better! I'll keep my eye out for him. He might have even grown a beard and/or mustache to change his look. I'll be travelling a few places in 2010, so besides Florida, a few other countries will be having an eye out for this slimeball!

I am a deputy working in warrants for the Dodge County Sheriff's Office in Minnesota. We have an outstanding Felony Arrest Warrant for a DALE HARRY BATT (date of birth 12.19.1962) who is an avid scuba diver.

Batt is an avid scuba diver. We know he has dived in MN, WI, and MI. He talked about diving among the wrecks in Michigan, and he was seen at the Ghost Ship dive recently in WI. He also dove in Cozumel at least once a year.

We believe he may be using an alias name and date of birth and is still scuba diving. Please take a look at our website and his information.

Here is a crazy idea, but have y'all considered checking with DAN to see if he might have insurance through them? Even if it's under an alias name, maybe they could cross check DOB?
