We go to Cozumel once a year, and have always stayed at SCC.
You won`t be disappointed, great resort good food dive boats are in good condition, and divemasters are freindly and know the sites well. Breakfast is ready before your dives and lunch is served as soon as you get in. Plenty of shore diving behind resort and a good little drift dive can be done by catching a cab to the lighthouse about a mile away and drifting back to the resort.
I am sure there are some better resorts there , but for us it`s Scuba Club. Check out the hammocks and say hello to Sophie if you go.
